NSHSS Performing Arts: Music Scholarship
The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) offers scholarship to members who enjoy expressing themselves through music. The NSHSS Performing Arts: Music Scholarship offers $1,000 award annually to two (2) NSHSS members who are planning to pursue a professional certificate, associate, or bachelor’s degree in performing arts (with a special interest in music). Applicants must also have a minimum 3.5 GPA and submit one (1) recommendation letter, a 5-minute performance video, a short description of their piece, a 500-word essay, a colored headshot of themselves, a transcript, and a resume to be considered for the scholarship.
