Among the global opportunities for foreign students to have a fully funded education abroad is the Fulbright Foreign Student Program. This program makes it possible for graduate students, young professionals and artists from abroad to study and conduct research in the United States. APPLICATION PROCESS

The deadline for Fulbright scholarship differs according to country but the application is always done from February to October annually.

The Fulbright scholarship applications are processed by bi-national Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies. Interested applicants are advised to contact them for precise information about deadline, eligibility criteria and application procedures.

Application for the scholarship is also done through the same local commissions. Therefore, applicants must apply through the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or U.S. Embassy in their home countries.
