UK scholarship grants for Nigerian Students

This is a list of some of the UK scholarship grants available for Nigerian Students in the year 2022.
1). The University of Brunel Country-Specific scholarships (2023):
University of Brunel County-specific scholarships are open to international applicants including Nigerians on any undergraduate, post graduate or PhD programme starting in September (annual) and it is offered annually which means that it is available yearly. So you have to monitor the scholarship website to know when this opportunity is announced.
The eligible countries are Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt and it is to be taken in UK.
For these countries above, 6 Scholarships are available, that is, two for each country with a value of £5000 or £7,500 tuition fee waiver in year one only.
2). Nigeria Birmingham outstanding achievement scholarships:
The University of Birmingham is pleased to announce the award of 4 scholarships for Nigerian domiciled students applying to undergo undergraduate programme at the University beginning in September.
The scholarships will be given to the highest performing students starting their University of Birmingham programme in 2023/2024 academic year.
The subject areas eligible for this Scholarship grant is Arts and Law, Life and Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences
It is open to Nigerians.
The scholarship awards are for £5,000 towards tuition fees which is for the first year only of a full time undergraduate degree programme at the University beginning September 2023.
3) BSMS Global Health Scholarship for Nigerian Applicants in the UK:
It is funded by Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS).
Applications are welcome for the BSMS Global Health Scholarships for students admitted to full-time Master’s degree in Global Health at the Wellcome Trust Centre for Global Health Research for the academic year 202-2024. The scholarship gives two £2,500 awards for tuition fees to UK and EU students or one £5,000 award towards tuition fees to International (Non UK/EU) students like Nigerian.
4) Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship For International Students 2023 At Robert Gordon University:

5) Ghana, Kenya & Nigeria – University of Stirling International Masters Awards in Scotland:
The scholarship is open to international students from Countries in Africa like Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria and Other countries like Canada, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Oman, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, USA.
These opportunities have a value that includes £3,000 reduction in the overall tuition fee payable.
Students can enter directly onto a full-time Masters degree programmes from the selected countries.
The scholarships are available for pursuing the Masters taught Courses offered at the University and it is hosted by the University of Stirling, Scotland, UK.
6. University of Cambridge Africa Regional Bursary in the UK
The University of Cambridge provides Bursary to African students who want to enroll in MBA programme. This bursary is worth up to £18,000 and it will be given to successful African beneficiaries.
7. Robert Gordon University Vice-Chancellor’s Undergraduate Scholarship for International Students
The Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship at Robert Gordon University is made available ONLY to international (non-UK) students studying a full-time undergraduate course in 2023. The scholarship exists for candidates interested in any of the fields of study offered by the University.
8. GDAI–PhD Scholarships for African Students at SOAS in the UK
Interested candidates can apply for Mo Ibrahim Foundation scholarships available for African students at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in the UK.
The scholarship gives preference to candidates who live in Sub-Saharan Africa. The scholarship is made available to those undertaking Ph.D. research programme (Full time) that directly addresses or is applicable to the issue of Governance in Africa.
9. Graduate School Development Trust Africa Scholarships at Loughborough University in the UK, for Nigerians
African students can apply for Graduate School Development Trust Africa Scholarships at Loughborough University in UK Loughborough University. This scholarship is offered as full-fee Africa scholarships for full-time taught postgraduate degree program. The scholarships cover 100% of the course fees for applicants who enrolled for a postgraduate taught course for one year.
10. University of Westminster Disaster Regeneration Scholarship for Developing Countries 2023/2024
International students can apply for the Disaster Regeneration Scholarship. Those eligible for this scholarship are international students from a developing country/region affected by a natural or man-made disaster. The main aim of this scholarship is to assist in the regeneration of the affected country/region. This means interested applicants MUST make the case for how their chosen course will facilitate this regeneration in their country.
