Umea University Scholarships
Umeå University provides a limited number of scholarships to qualified students who are coming from non- EU/EEA countries. The scholarship is for students who are applying for a Master’s degree programme at Umeå University. Students that win this scholarship receive a full or partial reduction of the tuition fee.
Umeå University provides scholarships to exceptional non-EU/EEA citizens who wish to pursue one of the Master’s study programmes offered at the University.
The scholarship is offered for Master’s level study programmes taught in English. It is targeted at Non EU/EEA Students. The scholarship provides full or partial waiver of the tuition fee.
To be eligible, interested candidates are welcome to apply for a scholarship if you
- are a citizen of a country outside of EU/EEA and Switzerland.
- have completed your application for programme studies at master’s level (before the application deadline of 16 January and have paid the application fee 1 February latest.
- have Umeå University programme as priority 1 at universityadmissions.se
You must have completed your application for admissions for a Umea University Master’s programme via universityadmissions.se by 16 January in order to apply for the scholarship. When the application form opens, eligible students will receive an e-mail with application instructions. Deadline for scholarship applications is 15 February.
